Terms & Conditions

A minimum 50% upfront payment is required before the commencement of any project.

The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery or deployment.

Additional charges may apply for extra features, major revisions beyond scope, or delayed approvals.

If Mahir Web fails to deliver the agreed services within the defined timeframe, we will notify you with justification and request additional time.

If the project is still not delivered after the extended period, we may offer a partial refund based on the remaining undelivered scope.

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

• Change of mind by the client

• Incomplete communication or delayed approvals

• Work already completed or delivered as per the agreed milestones

To ensure smooth delivery and avoid project delays, the client agrees to:

i. Provide all necessary content, credentials, and feedback in a timely manner.

ii. Maintain clear, focused communication and respond promptly to queries.

iii. Approve designs and development phases within reasonable timeframes.

iv. Request only a reasonable number of revisions as per the agreed scope.

The project scope will be defined before work begins. Any additions or major changes may require a new quote or time extension.

Mahir Web will provide an estimated timeline. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content, feedback) may result in rescheduled delivery dates.

Mahir Web follows international best practices and complies with all applicable data protection, transfer, and confidentiality laws.

Client data is stored securely, and internal access is limited based on operational requirements only.

The client will own all final deliverables upon full payment.

Mahir Web retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Project-related communication must be conducted via designated platforms (e.g., email, WhatsApp, project management tools).

Support is available during business hours unless a custom support plan is included.
